The hotel offers exceptionally comfortable and roomy accommodations with a great bed and lovely facilities. The staff is friendly and helpful, although there was a lack of staff presence during the morning. The location is conveniently close to Eat Street Northshore and the city cat station, despite some noise from nearby construction. The dining experience provided a great variety of fresh options, but the prices were on the higher side for certain dishes.
The hotel provided a perfect stay for my needs with adequate but slightly dated rooms, a scenic view of the river, very comfortable bed and chairs, and excellent service. While the dining experience was not the best, the overall experience was exactly what I needed for my trip.
The hotel offers excellent views of the Brisbane River and the city, with a touch of old grandeur in its room decoration. The bright and sunny dining room serves a hearty breakfast. However, the room cleanliness left much to be desired with filth and ants present.
The hotel provided spacious and beautifully decorated rooms, but lacked some basic facilities like a kitchen sink and microwave. The service was professional and friendly, making our stay very accommodating. The location was great, offering a beautiful view and a quiet atmosphere. The dining experience was fantastic with a variety of fresh options, though a bit pricey. Overall, the facilities were top-notch, enhancing our stay with modern amenities.
